Let’s get real for a second.
Everyone talks about high performance. Few define it. Fewer still build for it.
So, what is high performance?
There’s no ISO definition. No neatly packaged acronym from a global consulting firm. It’s one of those concepts that’s thrown around as if everyone agrees what it means.
But here’s mine:
High performance = (Right Skills + Growth Mindset) × Optimum Environment
Simple. But not easy.
It’s the intersection of capability, attitude, and context. Get all three right, and something special happens. Miss one? You won’t hit that gear no matter how talented or hardworking someone is.
